Hey finally decided to get some pics after i washed and claybarred the car

yes i know i barely have any mods right now, but i had to spend money on other more important stuff, so rims and drop will be coming in september, just enjoy the pics right now

I like those rims too. Always have! Something about the HX rims. Until the 7th gen ones, they were always NICE!

honestly if i were you, i wouldnt spend money on new rims, get those painted a darker color or maybe even leave them alone, lower the car and see how they look, i think you can make 14" rims work

anyways new stuff looks good, i use to have those clear headlights too, if your like me you'll stop liking them after a while and paint them black

I agree on the rims. Since you have a black car, paint them bronze, get a drop and call it a day. For whatever reason, I've always liked the HX rims. Good job on the DIYs BTW.

well im in chicago, and as u can see i live at a house with a driveway that goes up, so what do u guys recommend? i have no idea and im a noob at suspension, are adjustable coilovers worth it? i dont want to get springs because i should be getting my lips soon, so if i got springs then my car will be a snow plow in the winter...this IS going to be my winter ride too

yes paint the rims black, as for lowering i have a steep ass driveway too, you just have to go real slow and at an angle, i dont really have to deal with winter so i cant really help you there, i think coilovers are worth it but its your choice

Looks good so far...How do you have your monitor clipped to your center console? Im thinking of adding a screen like that as well.

its a piece that swivels and i can remove the monitor whenever i go anywhere so it doesnt get jacked, ill get u a pic tomorrow


thanks for the idea, i was about to drop $750 on some 17 inch rims too, so should i get adjustable coilovers? any specific company to go with or what? i know nothing about it and i dont want to get ripped off, and as for rims, should i just do a DIY, because i am good with those, or should i get them powdercoated gunmetal? thanks a bunch
