well me and the homies arent gonna have to rent one memorial day weekend ... picked this beauty up for $400 and the integra tows it fine it doesnt even sag ... my dads got a 5hp motor i can put on it and it came wit a gas can .... only thing is i dont have the electrical wiring harness for the taillights on the trailer yet so i gotta get one of those so i can be legal ... i was just hopin i wouldnt get rolled on the way home. My parents were a little mad cause i didnt even consult them but whatever my dad seems kinda proud but he hasnt seen it yet he gets home thuesday. I figure if anything i can flip it this summer for more than i got it for cause people pay more for boats in the summer.

Might start fishing though, my homie has a boat i didnt even know he had, and when my boss heard he said if i find him one with motor for under $800 he will buy one so me and some folks from my work will prob go fishin too.

Registration on this beast is $17 and that was to get it trasferred, the boat is good till dec 31 2007 and the trailer has a permanent california lisence, so it wasnt too much to do all the dmv stuff associated with it

Might take it out this weekend ill post more pics if we do, i plan on cleaning it up a bit if it ever stops raining.

update ... it actually floats ... this motor my dad has is old as hell though, its like a 1960 2 stroke so you gotta keep adjusting the knobs for the gas mix ... and sometimes its hard to start but were off at the breathtaking speed of 7 mph ... we took his truck cause i still dont have the light wire harness for my integra yet

dont have a current fishing lisence yet .... fines $200 and the napa river is on constant watch ... it amazes me how the cops complain about not having any money yet they can afford a boat patrol.

but yea ... i also got a trollin motor for it .... and that thing behind me when im driving it is a fishing pole holder, so i look forward to goin fishing ... maybe as early as next weekend if my homie has sunday off also cause imma be honest i know a little bit about fishin but not much.

little update ... ive had it out 2 other times havent caught anything yet though i got a current fishing lisence now so ill be fishing in az (only on the ca side of the lake though) I just need a new reel for my rod cause mine sucks and i gotta figure out whats biting at havasu this time of year

Anyhow, my dads friend was lookin at it and was like you plan on drivin this beast to az? and im like yea, and he points at the old ass tires and goes those are gonna blow for sure .... so new tires are $30 each but harbor freight tools had rims and tires for $40 each so i got those, so now im ridin 12s instead of 9s lol.

Also am putting new bearings in and regreased, its lookin pretty good.

walmart bearing buddy knockoffs (red eye) ... these were on there, we got the new bearings at walmart and whoever fixed this thing up last time bought all the parts at walmart lol. What these do is they contract and keep water from going into the bearings when you put the hubs (which are hot from towing) into the cool lake water, cause normally the heat creates a vaccum.

gotta love it bein so light i dont even need a jack, just lift it up and slide cinder blocks under it

axle with nothing on it, cleaned this up too

old wheels, maybe they will work on my wheelbarrow lol, im taking the one that doesnt leak with us so i can have a spare tire

new wheels

no more all clear tails on my car got pulled over, so i painted the braking part red.
