My car acts like it wants to start but won't

I have a 93 EJ Coupe. I can turn the key and it will act like it wants to start but won't. I do know that it is getting fuel because I flooded it. I tried to start it and again it acted like it was going to buy t won't start. What could it be?

You need a new distributor. More specifically ignitor coil.

Yes, throw parts at it without testing components to make sure they aren't bad first.

The ONLY information we have is that it's flooding. Nothing in here points directly to anything because no troubleshooting was given nor was an engine even specified.
