Hey Guys,
A few weeks ago my window got smashed in and my radio was stolen. I drive a 1997 Honda Civic EX coupe. Now I had an Alpine headunit but the place that installed it left the OEM CD player in the car which is located down near the shifter. They left the OEM radio tucked under the dash for keyless entry purposes so I'm trying to hook it back up and it is not working. The installer said that I should just plug and play but it didn't work and the fuses are good. Now, the back of the radio has 2 slots, 1 for a white clip and 1 for a green clip and an antenna. Problem is this, There are 2 green clips hanging of which 1 only fits. The theif left the adapter wires from my OEM to my Alpine so I took them out and that is attached to another white clip w/ 3 spade splices in it but no wires, they are attached to the end of the adapter. Picture it this way, empty white clip w/ spades, Alpine adapter plug in and 3 wires which I imagine get plugged into the empty spades all connected together. There is also the OEM white clip that attaches to the back in stock form. I got it installed at Circuit City so if anybody can help me I'd really appreciate it and yes I already got my balls busted for getting a radio at Circuit City so don't rub it in.
Thanks.
