I have a 1989 Honda Civic DX that I just recently got running halfway descent thanks to your guys help. But lately I've been having problems starting it after it sits for a good 4 to 5 hours. When I turn the key I have to hold it for a good 10 seconds before it will start. After it starts I can shut it off and it will start right up! I have all new plugs, wires, cap, rotor fuel filter, PCV valve. I cleaned the IACV and I have no codes that are coming up. I am thinking it is my fuel pressure regulator or my pump is getting weak. After it is running it "miises" once in a while when it is idling outside. I would like to know what you guys think or maybe shed more light on this or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for your help!
