my door panels :(

my door panels feel weak and seem like they arent held on all the way (like some of the plastic clips were broken off) anyway to fix this?? like maybe reinforce the arm rest part of the panel to make it seem more sturdy. or should i just purchase new door panels?

Pull the door panel off, and see if its the actual door panel, or if its just because your missing a few clips. Maybe the plastic molding on the inside of the door panel is rotting out....

Yeah, find out whats wrong because new clips are alot cheaper than an entire panal, and the arm rest section should be resting on a piece of metal so that shouldnt be weak.

in my 6th gen the door clips hold the door in place...it gets it hold on the door from the three screws by the speaker, the screw that holds in the piece by the door lock switch and the screw in the arm rest...make sure all those screws are in place and tight...if so...check to see if the arm rest came loose from the door panel itself...i spent alot of time taking my door panels on and off to install speaker wire, door locks, and recovering the arm rest...
