Honestly man, the body doesn't look that Rough from what I can see, maybe some more pics? If you want to help it out and make it better on a budget.. Get rid of the rims, go back to stock, drop it, maybe repaint the stock rims semi gloss or gloss Black... Then drop the car, sand it and shoot even rattle can it Flat Black for now... Just take your time and do it even and when it is cooler out so it doesn't dry as fast and get all kinds of bad over spray... Good Luck
