my first car

whats up, this is my first car-1997 honda civic coupe EX. it has 179,xxx miles :???: and is a 5speed. Im 16 and ill be getting my license january 14th. its completely stock, i plan on streetracing/racing ;) it but i dont have a job right now so it'll be a slow building thread. ill keep you all updated as much as possible thanks!

plans:
cold air intake-ebay
lowering springs-2inches
short throw shifter-skunk2 maybe?
remove spoiler-myself
remove hubcaps-myself
repaint steelies-black
paint VC-red
rota track R's-white
red lugs-best bang for the buck
maybe ebay turbo*(stepdad drag races and is given me a turbo for free) just have to buy the other parts.

did you mean you remove the sunroof Visor? if so would you like to sell it

Not bad for a first car. Good luck going straight turbo with it though. That many miles and turbo=Repairs for sure.

I too just recently picked up a 97 coupe. identical except for the rear wing. btw , do you still have the sunroof visor? im looking for one right now. good luck on the build.
