well, after the warm welcome, I thought I should give a few pics up. sorry they are huge
the lude is a 2000 base in premium pearl white 72k miles. 5spd. one of a very few with leather interior aem cai, neuspeed sports with tokico blues, Apexi N1 exhaust not pictured, just put it on yeaterday. Apexi v-afc, kenwood mp922 flip face, jl12w0(2) powered with an old kicker 7 somthing

and a 325e work in progress

and my truck that I just sold I miss it, but not the 33 gal. gas tank at 10 mpg

Very clean. The only thing I'd change is the taillights. I LOVE the stock Prelude tails though. So sexy. Welcome to CC.

funny story about the tails. My ever loving g/f was trying to be really cool and bought me the tails for christmas last year. I have to keep them on untill they get yellow or leak. shouldn't be that much longer. i prefer my stocks. iut at least they will be clean and perfect when I put them back on

I've actually seen good things come of altezzas though. Red glass paint seems to make them actually look a lot better than I ever would have imagined.

You need to start pointing out parts you do like though. Quick, before she starts Christmas shopping.

I can try to find the pics again. Someone on CC has done it with clear altezza before though. Made them look like the '99-'00 Civic coupe taillights.

Edit: Here's one I found quickly. I know some 5th gens have sprayed them to look like '99-'00 coupe taillights too. I just can't find them now.

agreed, I just about have my mind made up on it. I have no Idea why nobody on my prelude sites have ever thought of this. You guys have tons of great how to's also. awesome site. I've been browsing since i got here

Glad you like the site so far. And don't worry about the flaming... I doubt you'll get flamed very much as long as you don't post up tech that you don't know or lie. Some people would also flame for your taillights but at least you seem to take it in stride and just explain the situation.
