alright guys just got me another 99 civic..(will post pix when its daylight)
bought it for 650 bucks, girl owned, all original, no power windows or locks.
drove an hour and a half to look at it, but all it needed was a battery, and the clutch bled, also some gas
and a few turns of the key since it was sitting and it started right up..
and i drove it back home without a single problem
but my windows are really hard to roll down when they come to a certain point, any ideas of how to fix it?

Mine do the really hard until about half way down then get really easy. I fixed the seal, it was folding below the window and straightened the front rail inside the door a bit. Much easier, wd40 helps a lot also

Try straightening up the rails in the door and lubing up everything possible
