I traded my 99 expedition with 232,500 miles for this nice sexy new(to me) 1995 4d civic dx
has ac power steering stick shift has 130,600 miles i love it. looking forward to dropping my car and making it handle better (coilover sleeves?) and saving some gas!! =) also get H.I.Ds lights, and stuck between struck and sway bar.
i driver anywhere from 45-100 miles a day city driving (im a pizza delivery guy) so any good mods i can do to make it handle better? im not really looking for speed just handle, im also on a super low budget.
Here are some pics. I will take better ones later, these will do for now. are the headlights suppose to be like that? all the way in and spacey?

Welcome bro! First thing I suggest is getting rid of those tail lights.

Looks like a decent little car. Do some preventative maintenance and enjoy your new civic!

first thing im going to do is get seat covers then get an alarm, then get new springs, then a struct and sway bar, then get rid of those lights and get stock ones :P then air intake.
im not really looking for speed. more of a good handling car is what im aiming for =) and good MPG =)

Taking care of maintenance will do more good then aftermarket parts. Wouldnt be too beneficial to modding a neglected car

High Desert, eh? What part? I'm in the Inland Empire, so you're likely close to me.
Also, yes, PLEASE lose those tail lights hahaha. Don't skimp out on your suspension. Save your money, and get quality suspension products (koni yellow/ground controls, Progress CS-II's are both great for budget builds).

For tune up, get ngk spark plugs and wires, oem honda cap and rotor. Do an oil change with your choice of oil, wont hurt to flush your transmission fluid. Check all belts and fluid levels, and check your air filter too.

i hear a squeaking noise in my engine and i looked and it looks like one of the belt is moving a lot like left to right fast instead of going like a treadmill, could that causing the squeaking noise? it turns on right away and idles fine. just the noise is super squeaky
should i also get a new fuel filter anything else i should change along with the tune up and oil change?

the squeaking and belt movement sounds like a bad pulley. check your tensioner and idler pulleys for play, and change the belts
