Just got this classic this week. My third classic so far. First was a 1964 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1300cc (dismantled as parts) and sold, a 1972 Ford Capri (used for everyday, mostly weekends only) and now I just garaged this one, to work on it for it to be in a better state.

What do you think guys?

I am storing it in as garagae that is 2 storeys below street level. There are very high humidity levels. I am really worried about it rusting. What is your input on this issue?

Thanks guys!

Well actually it's a 1969 model, so I guess if you where 60 you would drive it turbo95eg6. Apart from the side jokes, this actually is not a car bought to be used by me. I bought it becase first of all I like classic cars. I wanted to fix it up then sell it again hoping for a profit. Either or if I do not get to sell it. It i'll still remain in my garage and the prices of classic cars do in fact go up. So there is a profit either way.

I wonder if it was used by the mafia?!?! HAHA!! I maybe doubt that because the previous owner bought it from the actual guy whom bought it new. He said that the guy drove it from Germany down to Italy, and shipped it to Malta.

I do think they converted it to diesel however. Because there are no 200D badges at the back, and this mercedes does in fact have 4 disc brakes. The engine is pure Mercedes Bens however, a very nice piece of machine.

Here are pics of the actual car. They were taken by a cell phone and three storeys down. So parden me for the low quality, dark photos;
