My new project, what to do first?

Well its a 4spd so ima go for looks, I really like the 99-00 si rims, i wa thinking about putting those on?

the si's would look nice, new gril, fogs and drop it

U should puy some rotas on it fogs si grill and drop it but the si rims would look clean to and add a lip

If you're going for looks, lower it first. Then get wheels, then paint matched front lip, then finally paint matched front upper grill and sideskirts.

first id do a complete tune up, thats always what i do first. plugs,wires, oil change, filter, all that kinda stuff.check your belts, and hoses, do a radiator flush. then work on the other stuff.
