my new S13

so as some of you know, i crashed my champagne pearl 89 fastback, it was a sad day. but to be honest, i wasnt that upset, the car only cost me $700, it was auto, the motor was junk, interior was cowshit brown ETC, it wasnt EXACTLY my ideal 240, but it was my 240, it brought me into the scene, but alas, i hit a tree...and to be honest i was more pissed that i wrecked the nice expensive muffla i bought for it...so anyway. for about a month i searched for a replacement since i dont want to fix the gold car, then about a week ago i found a 240 on craigslist that was only 20 minutes away from me, it was a cherry red pearl 1990 SE fastback, gray interior, perfect inside and out, 95k original miles. looked like it rolled right off the showroom floor. and the best par..its 5sp! found out the guy's mom bought it brand new in 1990, and they barely drove it. i went to go see it wednesday night, decided this was our car, paid for it, and i picked it up last night. so without further adieu i present to you my new S13

with this car i got a whole folder full of every maintenance record since they bought the car, everything was taken to the shop, even oil changes, car has a brand new clutch and flywheel, new brakes, etc. i love this car, i never want to drive anything else

Looks REALLY clean. My friend just picked up a cherry red S13 the other day. But in coupe form... he already has it lowered and on wheels. Very nice cars but the backseats are used to carry legless midgets.

thanks for all the comments. and i agree, the coupes look excellent, especially with the sil front. but after having my first fastback i decided thats what i wanted to stick with, but if i woulda found a coupe in this sort of shape, near me, and for this price i would have bought it, i calls em as i sees em

but that motor wont be in there very long, my swap is still sittin in the shop waiting to get machine work done.

i crashed the other one on my way to practice the other day, we had had a lot of rain that froze the night before, by morning it seemed to all be thawed, but i was goin down the road at 40 or so to be safe, and i got to a portion of the road that was shaded by woods, i didnt realize it was ice until my rear end started gettin all squirrely, and before i knew it i was completely backwards and i flew into a tree.

DAMN YOU!! man I literally lived for 240s all last summer saving up hoping to find one. Unfortunately I got my y8 which isnt terrible but its wRongWheelDrive but anyway. Nice and for 700 my god.... damn near all the 240s i looked at were 1000-2000 overpriced. Good find. Now get a good condition front clip and get some boost. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.....

with the condition of the car, its worth every penny

I paid 4.8 for my 95. some say its too much but everyone mentions how clean it is.
