My (new to me) ej8

Hey, this is my new ej8...

Just bought it today and wanted some feedback I guess. On both sides above the door it looks like a lift was dropped on it, otherwise it has extensive dings here and there but nothing major. 134xxx on stock d16y8. The entire car is BONE STOCK! In the mean time, just looking to fix it before starting any mods. Currently needs an o2 sensor so it throws a CEL, otherwise mechanically sound. Don't have much money so there's only so much I can do currently (I'm a broke college student!) lol

so im guessing your not guna swap the engine for a b-series are you....cuz i could use your engine harness
but yea i had mine completely stock nd its always fun customizing your car from the beginning

Yea I'll probably start in the morning by shampooing/vacuuming the interior because it needs it BAD and a nice trip to the car wash also sounds nice...

id say cover up that rust quick!!! if this is gonna be a project car dont let that rust eat up the sheet metal or else your gonna have a hell of a time replacing it.

haha yea the rust is about the only thing that really bothered me about the body...at least its only surface rust where the paint was scratched off so it can be sanded off...and thank God it's not much =]

Yea, I havn't even had it for 12 hours and still don't even have it registered or anything. Little by little i'm getting around to nickle and diming this and that and cleaning it up before I start replacing parts...

So i've changed the oil...giving it what it NEEDS before putting it on the road...still need an o2 sensor and probably gonna change the timing belt/waterpump/tensioners soon....just keeping you posted

Dam im guessing the car belonged to a female before you? haha I have noticed that girls engines bays always look something like that.... covered in BROWN...

haha that's exactly what I thought! I bought it from some cambodian kid who i'm guessing didn't pay much attention to it (he has a rsx type s and an integra ls) but by the stickers and all the s**t that was in it I'm guessing a chic had it maybe??? anyways, this car's got a loooooooonnnnnnnnnggggggg way to go before i'm at least satisfied with it, hopefully I can have it on the road soon though (still don't have it registered)
