Im going to paint it the same green i guess but tweak it a bit. Some Pearl and Flake. I was thinking Si blue but i dont know

lose the pin stripes (just like everyone else has said). keep the paint or at least avoid eternal blue.

yes on the red / clear tails, they look real nice & clean.

As far as suspension, id go with koni yellows for shocks (best brand out there, but kinda pricey) and probably ground control coilovers, or eibach springs.

Id also a front lip, it would help drop your car.

it's looking good, but it's really asking for a drop and a front lip. i've ridden in skunk2's and i didnt like it much...too stiff for me. I'd say ground controls and koni yellows or kyb agx. anyways, keep us posted.
