It's the aperture, try setting it on a timer (if it's got one), or just setting the camera on something (or a tripod), pressing the button and stepping back. When you hold it to take a picture when the shutter has to stay open its almost always gonna be blurry.

ive gone 115, which is as high as my speedometer goes. she's not that fast yet, but plenty faster than my civic. i dont like going really fast in it tho. having a welded diff gets scary at high speeds, its not going them thats the problem, its if you try to slow down too quickly the rear end sometimes gets all squirrely and tries to get away from you. and going that fast is stupid anyway, theres really no need, i'm more into autox and drift so my car is built to handle well.
