this was about a week and a half ago, it should be fixed by early next week. snow + ice +bad tires= massive ownage

im making a second post with my system because im not sure if it belongs here or not, so mods can move it if necessary.

ok heres my setup on my soon to be resurrected ej. sorry about the pic quality.

all installation work was done by yours truly, ive put in and taken out this stuff at least 3 times in this car alone (probably the same or more in my old car) so i can answer questions if anyone has them. the installation is a bit messy and needs some finishing work, but im more of a function over form guy, and it sounds great so im content.

kenwood kdc-mp922 head unit (open)

rockford fosgate remote bass knob

2 12" fosgate he2's, dual voice coils, 400watts rms each

Qlogic box, sub close up

backside of the box fosgate 700s amp, tested (by the sheet sent with the amp that i cant find) at 998 rms watts @ 2 ohms, rated at 700 watts @ 4 ohms bridged (which is how im running it, for less heat and wear on the amp and subs)

monster cable 1 farad 20 volt capacitator with digital voltage readout, fosgate platnum distribution block

interior speakers are fosgate 6.5" coax in the rear, pioneer shallow dish 6.5" in front, acoustic research tweeters ( i didnt get pics cus i didnt want to rip my dash and rear deck apart to get at them.) comments? questions?

i had planned either a turbo on my current motor, or save up for an h22. unfortunately theres more damage there than can be seen, like the front knuckle, lower control arm, and steering rack, and the frame was tweaked a bit to the side, so the repairs are runnin about 3 grand. and the car doesnt have collision on it, so thats comin outta my pocket. i had about 1200 saved up for mods, but that leaves me 1800 short on the repairs, so im gonna have to take out a credit card and just work my ass off to keep the interest down. it set my mod plans back at least a year. its all good tho, i still need to work out exactly what im going to do with the car. its my daily driver, i drive it back and forth to school every day, and its about 45- 50 miles round trip. i dont know if i should mod this or get a project car or something. any suggestions?
