so i took my friends cluster, to see what was wrong with his tach...i pulled the blue wire from my cluster harness, and started up the car, and i was touching the metal at the end of the wire, and didnt notice until my elbow got tingly, now mine is dead...is the tach signal fused? or do you think i burned the wire somwhere...

I'm not real sure but I would probably start checking fuses becasue thats the cheapest and easiest fix.

ok so i just got in...i pulled all the fuses, becasue i dont have the cover to tell me which fuse is for what, they were all good, then i took my cluster out...and duh...when i put the pin back in, it kinda got smushed, and there was no connection between the harness, and the circuit sheet thingy...then i just bent the pin and now it works...

i look down upon myslef for asking such a stupid question...lol
