ok guys i have finally finished my new set-up. i blew the last one up at the track running an 11.82@124mph.
here is the new set up...its in a 93 civic dx coupe with full interior, full suspension, and my dd. =)


engine is a jdm b16a sirII: base line power is 142whp and 103lb/ft tq

head:

the car has only been street tuned for now and will see a dyno and proffesional tuning some time with in the next month. so far this project cost me aruond $10k with all labor and everything. my last set up with a smaller turbo pushing 372whp and 266lb/ft tq. running mid to low 11's all day long. hopefully this set up will yeild around 500whp and high 300's lb/ft tq. will post dyno chart after i get it tuned. lmk what you all think.

by the way for those of you who will flame me for being 19 and how did i get this set up its called a full year of working as an insurance adjuster busting my ass and going to school. and i took a $3k personal loan out to do this.

wow. congrats man that is one crazy setup, post some pics. i worked for 1 year while going to school im 19 and i only saved up around 6000 and only had enuf to buy a jdm gsr lsd motor complete changover and have it installed.

welcome to the club. im 19 and i did just about the same to complete my setup. IOne year of all hard work and no play. I pulled out a 1500 loan, put the turbo on myself and got it tuned.

Now put some picss up here!!

congrats on a nice set up my hat goes off to you for saving the $ and doing it all your self IMO thats good, doit while you can because once you get out in the real world and have BILLS , wife, kids, mortgage etc etc it would be hard to do but again congrats on a job well done keep it up maybe some of the youngsters here will learn something from you they need to learn and stop smooching from mom and dad's savings........good job.
