My turbo si ?

Whats goin on CC i have another question about my turbo kit for my 00 SI. Im really wanting to install my turbo kit on my but i have no engine management right now im planning on running 8psi on a stock engine with a t3 .60 compressor 48exhaust could i run a 12:1 FMU until i get enough cash to get hondata or sumthing like that?? Because im very very anxious on putting this on and running the FMU also what kinda result would i get out of the fmu?? im also going to runa FMIC on my kit with AC and PS for the lady but your help would be very very appreciated thanks

you can, it just wont run that good and you'll most likely be running really rich

thanks im just gonna save up and get a chipped ecu from phearable.net that way i wont be wasting money

yeah just buy some chipped ecu with the harness, i kno j-k-tuning.com has it for 225 p28 chipped with harness. id rather run some boost basemap then tune later on all i hear about these fmu's scare me and people still run it =T

if ur gonna run a FMU i wouldnt run anymore than 7 lbs of boost

what about 8psi on a fmu reliable??

do it right or dont do it. problems youll have.... blown motor, broken rods. afr is extremely important.

any of those are fine......crome/ neptune/ hondata/ uberdata ....ive heard more good things about hondata and neptune though

id just go with whatever kind of tuner u have out there, like if u have a good hondata tuner in your area i'd go with hondata vice versa.
