Not a big fan of the tach, but you and I have the same reason for not having rear seats.

true..i think once i get some more stuff done to my interior like new steering wheel and shift boot and knob i think it will look pretty good..i jus put it in sense my car didnt have one

not to flame upon but what is the point of a tach if you already have one? there this kid with a civic at my school and he has a tach in his car which already has one, the only difference is that it has a shift light

i thought so to but i think most of the cx civics dont come with a tach..i think its cuz they only come with 70hp..lol..im lookin to get a swap by next yr tho...or when ever i save up enuff money..im only 16 so it will take some time

Good base. Only the Si's and EX's came with tach's. I'd dump the clock sized one and look for an EX or Si........or even an SiR cluster w/ a tach, if you don't mind kph . I dont but some do. Good luck with the build up.

thanks for checkin my ride out n stuff and givin me ur comments....i appreciate all the help i can get...but nah theres not donuts..lol..there like 14'' steelies...they were silver and i didnt thin the white and silver looked good so i jus painted em black untill i can get some other rims..there good for now...but as far as where i bought i i bought it from a neighbor for $2300...i did have a 94 mx6 but i couldnt find stuff for and when i did it costed to much so i sold it and found this..around here theres not many civics for sale cuz everyone wants em i guess and and when u do find car lots with em they was like 5-9k for em...i went and looked a 94 lude with over 110k miles no a/c the engine was all beat up and they wanted 4500 for it..and then down the road from there there was i think a 98 4 door with over 100k and they wanted 8600 for that..so im happy i found a hatch cuz not to many people have em where i live..thanks again for ur help...im jus glad theres places like this where people can help me

if you don't have lots of money to buy a swap, i would work on the visual part of the car first. get mods with whatever you can afford. and at the same time put money away here and there for your motor. that's what I did when i had my 94Si. I never got to do the swap, but I didn't have my head down when i drove.

The Tach is aight. if you need it, you need it. I have a 91 hatch now and my cluster is broke so i have one. i don't know about the set up in the middle though.

yea i wanted to have it by the left side of my window where post people have em but.........of course my mom had to step in with some bs sayin that in the winter that my driver side window wouldnt unfrost sense the tac would be over the heater...what can i say..i gotta listen to the wardent..lol...even if at the time i wanted to back hand her..lol im jp
