n/a= natually aspirated, meaning no turbo, supercharger, or nitrous.

yeah... intake.. header... exhaust...better and/or bigger cam(s) , pistons , valves , intake manifold , spark plug wires ,and a good tune up should do it

ihe are boltons, i wouldn't consider that NA tuning, since there is no tuning involved.

NA tuning, imho, involves building the engine, be it block, head, or both. like saad said, cam(s), pistons, valves, retainers, rods, cylinders, sleeves, crank, etc. check out the NA forum for more info
