The Motor Mount. The nut, which is welded to the car itself, was rusted, and became detached from the car. The rubber part is cracked, and needs replacement also. I'll be replacing the water pump and timing belt after Christmas sometime, and would like some advice on the best way to repair this. I was thinking of replacing the rusty hole with a piece of sheet metal, drilling a hole, and using a bolt and hex nut. Is there a better way?
