Name these belts please.

These belts are squealing hardcore says my mechanic, since I can get parts discounted I might as well change those two belts and the water pump.
I don't know the name of those two belts? Could someone please enlighten me.
Anything else I should do around that area? The big rusted pulley (a/c pump I believe) should that be replaced also?

The two belts are your power steering and ac. If you are getting the water pump done it would be VERY smart to do the timing belt aswell. You should be able to just clean up the old pulley.
