Hello all,
I am looking at purchasing a 98 hatchback and i was wondering if anyone can help me out on what questions to ask the seller regarding the purchase. The car is modded alot, my main concern is that he put in a b18bi block with type-r heads. What do i need to look out for with this swap and how will that affect getting the car smogged etc.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
