I hope I don't already know the answer to this problem Hence ( input shaft bearing ), but I just bought a 05 ex special ed coupe couple months ago for cheap thinking the noise was throw out bearing so I just had a clutch kit/fly wheel $158 and labor to put it in $265 and the sound is almost gone, now I'm stressed, so I put amsoil syncromech 5w30 in it hoping it will do the magic it did for my 07 si 3rd gear grind, I took it out for a 20 mile drive and when I got back to my garage the noise was 50% quieter from the time i left (maybe cause the amsoil was hot, dunno) can anyone help me, I'm not a real mechanic to do transmission rebuilds or swaps, I just drive for economy and good looks, (not me) 07 si
