NEED HELP! A'Pexi Turbo Timer wiring question

NEED SOME HELP!

I have an A'Pexi Turbo Timer and it's sapposed to go with a "Vehicle Specific Harness" but don't have one. The instructions only explain what gray/white/black wires are but doesn't say what the timer wires are for.

There are three wires.

RED -----Ignition or constant 12v?
GREEN ----GROUND?
BLUE ------ Ignition or const?????

If anyone can let me know, I'd appreciate it!! Thanks!

Actually, if anyone knows for sure that the green is ground I could figure it out by trial and error....
