fuel filter wil be fine, wastegate...you already have one.... you can get a replacement one (i think) with a higher psi rating. regulator wil be fine. fuel pump, get a bosch 255lph. injectors..DO NOT get anything bigger than the ones ou have stock or the 310s the greddy came with.

Camshaft? Zex stage 2 a lot of sohc t guys like it
Fuelrail? stock one is fine
Injectors? if you have 310s then you will be fine, you can do 440s if you have something to control them
Fuel pump? 225lph from warlbo
Fuel Regulator? you dont really need one
Fuel Filter? stock is fine
Wastegate? You have an internal waste gate, you can adjust it with teh little lever one day when you get a real turbo you will have a external wastegate, when that day comes get a tial or turbo smart

I would get some thing you can tune with, emanage is bleh
get uber data or hondata
get that pump now, first thing you should get imo your asking for more fuel and making that stock pump work harder
I would upgrade the clutch, granted your on a small turbo now after time its going to eat away at it also a 12.5flywheel no lighter

clutch- I like action ...
flywheel - I had a act and loved it, hate a act clutch

I would open up the exhaust some, what size dp is on there

honestly you gotta tell us what your plans n goals are
d series are cheap to build, why not build up the bottom end

uberdata is a piggy back, i dont want to say as good as hondata but many do like it over that
i think they are just cheap since its free
though you would at least need a chipped ecu and a burner to make the chips

but the software is window based n free

lightning motorsports, but hit up wiredspeed.com ask for kyle or ricky, tell them evan2 sent u

no do not go with hondata unless your planning on going over 10 psi... its not worth the money if you have the greddy kit b/c your not going to get much power after that anyway and it doesn't make much of a diffference you can get the same thing for less with a few horse power difference... you should get the walbro fuel pump i just bought one off ebay brand new and shipped priority mail all for less then 100 bucks... so look there.... and you should definitely upgrade your fuel injectors if you plan on boosting it up at all... I forget what hp the 310's max out at but its definitely worth it to upgrade them to be on the safe side if you boost it up so you have more then enough fuel, I purcashed the dsm 450's for 50 bucks.... but my greddy emanage can control them I am not familiar with the blue box.... if you look at all the top setups on turbod16.com every single one has upgraded there injectors and fuel pump... if I were you I would get those and look into uberdata or something inexpensive to get it tuned properly... b/c hondata in not worth it in our setups there have been people with the greddy kit that have uprgaded to hondata v.s. greddy emanage and the numbers are so close it is not worth the extra money.... but I got quoted $750 for the hondata upgrade at a speed shop which I would never pay.... not to bash hondata I LOVE IT but with the greddy kits its not worth the money b/c the numbers arn't there

and lot of people with your setup dropped the blue box for the VAFC to get that tuned when that put the upgrades on there kit

bleh never get a VFAC that is weak, granted both of you guys dont have really big time kits but I would go hondata for the simple reason that is has more control over many things, plus the fact that its easy to use
and for future set ups you can use it

if you want to stay small then yea you dont really need it

hondata is going to run you near 3-400 for the basic s200 with boost option, your going to need a chipped obd1 ecu as well
this could cost you if you arent already obd1 for the ecu
if you can get someone to solder the chips in for you then its easy

a chipped hondata ecu, price depends if your alreayd obd1 or you neeed a built in harness
i see your 2, so yea hondata to start if you go tthe i hate working on car route would be near 750
uber is free of course not sure if you need odb1 though, its always better to convert anyhow

it all depends on what kinda set up you want, u can spend the moneyf or 310s now but when you want to upgrade you are left with smaller injectors

d series are cheap to build so a lot of times i see people doing small then say f**k this and waste extra cash

you need to tell us what your goals are

yeah good point I think its pointless to spend the extra money get rid of your blue box and get the greddy emanage its a lot better then the VAFC..... the emanage can control air fuel and the timing and retard your ignition and other stuff

you can modify stock plugs to fit, i hate woldering on injectors clips but ive done it a lot.
well if you want 250 whp outta a dseries your going to have to build it, and run hondata imo
i m not fond of emanage
