Need help getting my turbo lsvtec running

I dont know what happened to my other thread, so here it goes again.

Well Im not realy a turbo guy, but I delt into this car with a built lsvtec with a turbo. The guy I got it from put the motor in the car, but never finished. I talked to the guy he got it from and he said it ran fine before.

Anyways heres my problem. I can get it to start, but it idles crapy and wont take fuel very good. It cuts out when its over half throdel. The last guy didnt run a fuel pressure regulator and he said it ran fine. It has dsm 450 injectors with the box and as far as I can tell they are wired up right. It has a chiped p28 ecu running crome pro. The plugs are black, and carboned up. it seems like it might run better when its cold, but Im not sure.

There is also an extra plug under the intake, but I cant find out where it goes. Theres a plug comming from down by the oil pan, that isnt pluged in eather. Im throwing no codes.

Im just getting this thing together, and I dont have any gauges, but it just has a 7lb spring, so i dont think im going to over boost it. I also have an open downpipe.

There is a sensor added in the intake tube, before the throddel body, but I dont know ehat it is. Mabe air intake temp?

BTW the car is a 93 dx and everything is odb1.

Does anyone have any ideas? I just want to get this thing running, and I dont have much money right now.
Also the ecu has no lable on it. Is there a way to make sure that it is a true p28, and that its chiped?
Mabe the oxygen sensor is bad?
Sorry to go on and on, but Im just kinda lost on this, and I wanted to make sure I had all the details.

Any iffo would help.

BTW the motor was built by zerolift autolab and has a base tune on it by them.

damn son go back to grammar school. THROTTLE yo.

1) the sensor youre talking about on the intake is for obd2 o2 sensors.. (they have 3 sensors whereas obd1 has 2)
2) the "oil pan sensor" is probably your knock sensor (which doesnt matter for obd1 setups)

to find out if it is a "true" p28, you take out the ecu, open up the top (4 screws), and in the bottom right hand corner will be a rectangle chip and a "jumper" (piece of metal like a longer staple) will be on the J1 pin. Also C51/C52 will have capacitators in them (look like little advils). Also a 1.1k ohm resistor is needed in R54.

Now to identify that the ecu is VTEC, find the C16 spot (should be empty if 5spd) and there should be a tall black rectangle above it and one to the right of it.

Is the dizzy retarded a bunch? Hows the idle?

Where is the 2nd oxygen sensor on odb1, one on the manafold/down pipe, where is the other? I have not checked the dizzy. The guy who had the motor built, said it ran fine before he pulled it out. I need to check for any more plugs in pluged in. Which way will retard the timming?

im pretty sure you push it to retard and pull to advance. youll be able to hear it for sure tho.

obd1 o2 = e. manifold & one on the downpipe

check your dizzy, check your spark plugs... its definitely pigging itself out until it floods.
