I need help ive been suspended for over 4months cuz of my 97 honda civic,exhaust,window tint,and tinttaillights and one speeding ticket the last time i got pulled over i had a exhaust ticket already so i gave it to the officer nd he was gunna let me go but i was suspended by the dmv for points so i went to the dmv nd i had to take thd driving inprovement class finished it nd went to court the judge went ahead nd suspended my license for 90days.i was pissed nd gave me a year of probation for driving my question is i sold my baby nd i wanna buy a 06 honda civic si lower tha car nd put rims on it.the cops around here kno me so the car im looking at has factory tinted windows would i get in trouble for my previous tickets nd for being on probation cuz i dont wanna lose my license again but i wanna have a real nice looking car i can show off in.

Learn to use punctuations and spell. How lazy must someone be to not use the A in AND? If you want to be taken seriously in life, or just in this forum, then SPELL like an adult and not like someone with a learning disability. Clear questions receive better answers.

Now that I got that out of my system, if a car has FACTORY tints then they're obviously legal so there is no issue. Also, why would you get in trouble for previous tickets if they're already resolved? If you're legally allowed to drive while under probation then learn a lesson and stop being a fool with multiple illegal mods that are obvious to identify in your area. If your more concerned with childishly "looking cool" over avoiding being arrested or wasting money on multiple tickets then you have bigger issues to resolve.

3) This is a forum of people that are willing to help you if you put some thought and structure into your posts. This isn't a text to another kid. We aren't asking for road scholar sentence structure here, but for god sakes put a friggin period in, use paragraphs, and stop with all the lazy @$$ cut off words and slang text.

Back to your question. You shouldn't be punished for past faults but if you need an answer we need to know what state but if i were you i would ask an officer and the judge or attorney should have gone over all the details for you

Sorry im not familiar with that state. If you want a definitive answer i suggest going to your local chp office and ask them, but you'll need disclose all details. Just be honest and you'll get the right answer

Here in MA if you get 4 ticketz within 1 year dey would suspend your license not sure how it is in virginia doh
