need help on my 2000 civic hatchback

hello im looking to install a bright dome light in my car and also a bright (white or blue) licence plate light. need the sizes or where to find them please and thank you.

The light bulb size is written or engraved on the light bulbs themselves. Take them out, read them, replace them with a brighter version. New lights for your car and you've learned something

Also i wouldnt go with blue lights for the tag lights technically they are illegal and you can be pulled over for them.
I know this for a fact i used to have them, got pulled over and changed them for hyper whites.
