need help quick with gauge bezel

I took out my gauge bezel to fix some lights behind it, and i also changed the faces for it in my 01 civic. Now i have a problem, all of the needles except the rpm needle are off, like when i turn on my car, the fuel gauge needle goes to full, my temp needle goe sup all the way and my spedometer needle jumps up to 40. has anyone had this problem and if so how do you fix it?

where are they when the car is off?

the rpm is where it should be, the spedometer is at about 5 or 10, the fuel is at like 1/4, and the temp is like almost half way, and when i try and move them, they just go back to where they were.
