that doesn't have it for a 2005 civic it stops at the 99-00 civics

05 Civic is a pain. Be really careful you don't break any clips. The entire center housing has to come out. There are about 12 clips around it and one or two phillips heads. Although I can't remember where those two screws are. When my cousin's shop did my gf's 04, they removed the screws, popped off the center vents and had to PULL really hard. Luckily, nothing broke. I believe you have to take out the center console where the stick is to get to the screws. Sorry to be so vague, but I was only watching when they did the surgery.
