<=== Audio Noob. What is that used for? To lower the power? If I don't do it can it be bad?

*NVM* I looked it up. Bridging power is used to combine two channels into one channel, thus bringing more power into one speaker. Correct?

Can someone explain to me what this means? Does this mean I can amp it up to 600 watts? And what does the 1000 watts peak power mean?

made sure you run it at its rms (600) it can only work at the peak power for a very short period of time.
