I Need help, today I put oil in my car I wasn't thinking and put 5 quarts in it. I know that's a big mistake; so I started driving and It was smoking really bad as my buddy said it's smokescreen was better than the batmobile's.
I got to a stoplight and stalled out, I started it up and got to a parking lot and opened the hood the only thing I noticed really different was that the engine was shaking a lot. After that I took it to have its oil changed and get a new filter put back on. now its worse than before it doesn't want to accelerate very well and I cant go past 5k rpm's in first. and its a little better with acceleration when in second gear, it also smokes the same as before but with a oil smell. Any ideas as to whats wrong with it? my car is a 2000 honda civic DX with a b16a2 swap. my oil light is on only at start up and no cel is on. Thank you in advanced.
