need help with a 1996 Honda civic DX

I recently bought a 96 Honda civic it has a few problems like need the clutch done minor body work the srs light is on and so is the stupid check engine light is on also it has aftermarket headers on it got the car like that did a tune up but car idols a little rough. Anyone in the NY area or close to it please contact me.
