Need help with body work.

So I have this has crinkle in the side of my rear quarter, that is too deep to sand down. I can't get all the rust out, so I figure I gotta cut it out. The question is this: how do I patch the hole I cut to make it look flush... Don't say "bondo that s***, faggot." I just wanna know how to fix this thing before I ruin my car. I heard something of fiberglass repair, but idk how I would do it. It's in a bad spot. Right next to the back of the door. Like the door shuts on it. Idk. Just flame me I don't care. I just want it gone so I can paint my car.

Some pictures would be nice... otherwise it's just a guess. What makes you think bodyfiller wont fix it? The other option is to cut it out, go to a just yard, and cut out a pc bigger than the one on your car. Make a patch panel, and weld it in
