need help with car

i have a 98 honda civic lx and runs on obd2 i want to put a b16 but it runs on obd1 can i make it work

yes skunk2 makes a conversion harness to convert from OBD2 to OBD1

it all depends on the laws in your state if its legal or not. it sucks to be in cali, just about everything is illegal. i wish they made altezzas illegal. i think cali have the most import cars with altezzas.

hahahahah good call didnt even realize to check what stae he is in..... but yea the only reason it would be illegal is because it wont pass smog
