Need Help With My Civic!!!!!!!

I Have Problem With My Civic I Think It My Be A Short But Iam Not Sure. I Have A Integra Type R Swap In It. But My Problem Is Every Time I Use Power Like Turn On My Headlights Or Lift The Windows Up The Car Will Start To Idlle Very Low Likes Its Losing Power Even When I Press On The Brakes. I've Changed The Battery Alrdy And The Alternator And Its Stiil Doing It "help"
