My Bass Cap is showing that its only getting 8.50 volts of power, I checked the battery its good checked the connections on the bass cap good, check the amp good what culd it be. My amp won't come on unless it gets 12volts. Has anyone had this problem before.

1. check the grounds.
2. if your drawing alot of power like you have multiple amps and fogs and all that kind of still you might need a relay so that the amps can draw enough current to startup.
Other than that, im lost.
