what up ive got a 00 si i started on my system first then my exterior rims ect. im goin for the sleeper i need some thoughts on what should i do to my engine first thanx

Cold air intake, header, exhuast... first

yea i would say get exhaust and then say save for a turbo because a header and intake would be use less then if you want to go F/I if goin N/A go with what goose said

Agreeing wiht everyone else if your going F/I exhaust and then save going N/A go intake header cams exhaust can wait.
