well i can do tie bar and washer trick myself, but i would just do all at sametime, but local shops estimated at $125 - $180 this is from 5 shops

Sounds reasonable to me. If you don't like the prices just do it yourself. It's not that hard.

Give it a shot yourself but have a friend to help hold and position stuff. All you need are basic hand tools and some $30 Craftsman Spring Compressor Tools.
First time I did a lowering job it took me 4 hours and that included installing one corner twice because of a mis-oriented damper. I'd never done any suspension work before the either. Its not hard at all.

please try to do it yourself. its a lot simpler than it appears. i personally did not like spring compressors so i didnt use them but u dont have to buy them to get them, just loan them out from a local auto parts store for free.

you can get spring compressor at autozone and all you gotta put down is a deposit of 40 bucks(you'll get it back when you return it). If you dont want to do them yourself, call up Juan(onepointturbosi) his number is 214-499-6798.
