need help

alright, i installed my sub, and amp. but when i turn the car on and turn it up, the amp shuts off into protection mode.and when i put it on ac, it works fine. everything is connected correctly i dont know what the problem is. help????

check you ground, i've had that happen to me before, and it was due to a bad grounding location.
