Need Ideas for 03' Civic EX

I'm on a pretty limited budget for this car and I need some good ideas for relatively inexepensive performance upgrades. I know all about exterior upgrades and body kits so i'm really just looking for performance upgrades. Some of my friends use glasspack mufflers and I just find that ridiculous so i'm trying to get my car to sound the same but w/ out the s*** sounding mufflers(sorry to any glasspack fans) on a 4cylinder with a 0-60 of 10 haha. I'm also new to DIY car upgrades so extra information is appreciated. Thanks

Well first off, performance wise, your only options are turbo,nitrous , bolt on parts give you nothing. Second its not a v4. Its a inline 4

good catch. So CAI and a new exhaust system wouldn't do anything?

It's not that they wouldnt do anything, but they would give you a very small amount of power compared to boosting or juicing it.
