Need ideas for my ej6

Im almost done with my ej6. Only questions I have is what type of rims might look good on this car. Also im going to get the. Car painted again all whie. Was thinking maybe a black roof but not fully sure. Lastly I have a catback exhaust, 2 and a quarte pipes and a dc sports muffler, i have the loudness down but was wondering what would give me a deeper sound? Not changing headers like passing smog legally. Is there a difference between the cylinder mufflers and regular ones?

Only you can answer the wheel question. What looks good to you might look like crap to someone else. I would recommend google images to find what you like then go from there.

Exhaust tone is also subjective. I think most of them sound like crap on a 4 cylinder. You already have exhaust. You looking to change the whole thing or you just want a deeper sound? You aren't likely to get a deeper sound with what you have without changing it out.

Shape doesn't have much to do with the sound of the muffler output. It's the internal make up that changes the sound.

Yeah if I keep it all whute il do white wheels with red lugs, if I paint the roof black ill probably go with black wheels. My civic doesnt sound like most annoying civics out there. I already have 2 and a quarter piping, with a dc sports muffler was just wondering if another muffler will give me any deeper.

A Type-R grill always looks nice. For the wheels check out Enkei J-Speed, Buddy Club SF's or you can search on Google images to get ideas.

White on white wouldn't look bad, but I will warn you, cleaning white wheels is not fun. I'm also a fan of white cars with black wheels and dark tint. As for wheel style that really is up to you.

Yeah I got a type r grill on it just need some self tapping screws cuz its a lil lose. I do have limo tint on it so maybe black wheels. As for the exhaust I have a catback. 2 1/4 piping and a dc sports muffler, but was wondering if I should swiltch to magnaflow ? I dont sound like the typical high pitch annoying civic, its nice and deep but I think I can get a lil deeper.

I would skip on the black roof, it generally looks pretty ricey. especially on civics.

Before you paint the car , replace all the replica parts with oem (factory honda) parts. And the black roof idea is so 2002ish, dont you think? As far as wheels, I dont know your budget but, simple classics like regamaster/spoon, volk te-37,mugen mf 8 or 10s, etc would go well on your sedan. Exhaust? Do you have the original motor? If so, the the 2 1/4 is fine but, if you have a b-series then 2 1/2 may be more suitable. Best of luck to you.
