need opinions on a set of wheels

whats up fellas, need some opinions on a set of wheels on good ol' craigslist, seems like a good deal, be a good set of first wheels for my 00 civic ex, let me know what you think, also if somebody could tell me the brand if they know it...

American Racing used to make this style along with a few others. A buddy had them on his 00 white EX. Didn't look too bad lowered, looked like crap on stock suspension. BEWARE OF THE LIP CLEAR COAT as his was killed after only 6 months.

ok, found out there eagle alloys...there 17x7, I know most people run 16's on there civic...I ended up buying them cause they were dirt cheap ($200) I really want some black Slipstreams, so i might re-sell them, anybody know what model these might be? Wanted to gather a little bit more info
