need some help plz

i have a 93 hatchback cx and when i put my blinker on to turn right the dash blinker blinks fast and the bulb outside does not work i changed the bulb and it still happens any ideas thanks

did you change both the front and back? it can be either one..if so, maybe the wires are exposed

i only changed the front cuz that was the only one not working the back turning light works

the new light bulb has two sets of wiring inside right?
