lol I'm not too far from there, actually. Experience has taught me to never take my own car down there to buy parts off of Craigslist.

Sensitive two-way alarms and small handguns only deter to a certain degree down here.
But anyway, consider your situation: if you have time to work on the car go for the turbo'd GSR. If you want a change of pace go with the stock Prelude. These are all totally different types of cars you're talking about here: a 5th-gen turbo, a high-end 6th gen, and a stock Prelude. If it were me I would take my current circumstances into consideration as well as try to envision what my situation might be in five years or so.
Of course, if it were me, if it were a daily driver, I'd stick with the SI. Most likely to achieve good gas mileage while maintaining stock reliability.
