Need suggestions about D15 turbo

Hi all
need your help ... my civic with D15 , i get a turbo kit with nice price
- turbo charger from nissan with Wastegate T3
- Evo intercooler
- fuel regulator
- fule pump
- vitara pistons low comp
- turbo timer
- turbo manifold
- HKS BOV
- turbo pipes

my engine in a very good condition , its like all D15 series 90 whp , and my goal get around 160-170 whp .. my questions if its possible with my kit and how much psi can my engine handle ??

Yep, very feasible goal. I wouldn't go over 7psi at the most (just to be safe).

You have low comp pistons, but what about connecting rods, and such?

Also, set aside another $500 for the tune, that's your most important part of any boosted car.

the rods is stock ... the stock pistons can handle 7 psi , but i dont know if i put the vitara pistons on the stock rods can be handle 10 psi or little more ??
there is any aftermarket rods for D15 ?

vitara pistons use a floating wrist pin, where stock pistons/rods use a pressed in wrist pin. If you have vitaras, pick up a set of eagle H beam rods, OR you can get the custom length rods to compensate for the low compression that a standard vitara/eagle rod gives you.

who makes custom d15 rods, the only place I can think of is fjt but they never seem to have any in stock, Im guessing cause of the low interest in them?

FJT is the guy to do it though. I know it takes a while though.

Well they do them in batches dont they? I mean its worth the wait, guess you just have to bug them until they hammer them out.
